Zwacha Online Trade Limited was founded in 2021, as a covid-19 aftermath effort to solve a specific problem – the shortage of high-quality business centered digital technology services in Zambia and Africa.
While we don't like to refer to the first pandemic in 2020, which had a huge death toll globally, the truth is that our origin is traceable back to then. Many loved ones were lost and may their souls rest in peace. Zwacha was born out of lessons leanrt from the pandemic.
At this point in time, the founders had not only realized the huge gap in digital technology services but also in their own deficits. In order to provide such services the visionaries needed to have a generous amount of skill and expertise in the field and so, they embarked on the journey of learning.
After adequate in-depth self-training, the founders were confident that they had some unique quality services to offer and decided it was time to get started. Zwacha Online Trade LTD was registered on 6th October 2021.
In order to provide comprehensive solutions and avoid outsourcing each time, the company needed to diversify its capabilities by training more staff and partnering with seasoned industry legends. Zwacha introduced the departments of Media and Software Development.
Beginning of January 2023 the company decided that deliberate steps be carried out to highly specialize in the field of eCommerce and everything relating to it.
The inevitable digital transformation of Zambia has already begun. We are here to make sure that you and your business don't get left behind.
